problem statement
delivery partners rely on large insulated bags to transport orders, often carrying heavy loads for long hours. these bags can become unstable, lose their shape, and distribute weight unevenly, leading to discomfort, reduced mobility, and difficulty in handling deliveries efficiently.
Project context
BagBuddy was developed as part of a team project focused on improving the experience of delivery partners. The project required each team member to explore and develop a unique solution concept through research, ideation, prototyping, and testing. BagBuddy emerged as my proposed solution to address the structural and ergonomic challenges associated with carrying delivery bags.
team & my role
This project was completed by a team of three, with each member developing a different solution concept. I led the development of BagBuddy from ideation to low- and high-fidelity prototyping, and contributed to the project website and final documentation.
