parents and schools often lack real-time visibility, reliable communication, and coordinated safety measures during student transportation. this can lead to uncertainty, delayed responses during emergencies, and increased safety concerns throughout the school commute.
project context
bustrago was designed to create a safer and more connected school transportation ecosystem. the platform brings together parents, drivers, schools, and administrators through real-time bus tracking, instant notifications, emergency support features, and centralized communication, ensuring greater transparency and peace of mind throughout a student's journey.
team & my role
this project was completed as a team of three. my contributions included developing interactive prototypes, refining key user flows and interface designs, and supporting the overall user experience development to ensure a seamless and accessible platform for all stakeholders.
